At Shopindev we treat protecting the personal data of our clients, website visitors and partners as a core responsibility. This policy explains what we collect, why, for how long, and how we secure it.
Name, company, email, phone and project details you share through our contact form, WhatsApp, email or calls. Technical data collected automatically (IP, browser, page views) is processed in anonymised form.
Preparing quotes, executing contracts, providing support, invoicing and meeting legal obligations. Marketing communication is only sent with your explicit consent.
Client data is kept for the duration of our relationship plus the statutory retention period (10 years). Briefs that do not become contracts are deleted automatically after 12 months.
Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to deliver the service (Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, Notion, Stripe). All providers are GDPR compliant.
All data travels over encrypted channels (TLS 1.3) and is stored on access-controlled servers. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for every team member.
You may access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data at any time. Write to privacy@shopindev.com and we respond within 30 days.
