Identity (name), contact (email, phone), transaction (contracts, invoices), marketing (interests, campaign consent) and security (IP, log records) data.

Performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, your explicit consent, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service.

Establishing and performing contracts, after-sales support, client relationship management, finance and accounting, and responding to authorities where legally required.

International transfers
Our hosting and collaboration providers (Google, Slack, AWS) operate under Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions recognised by the European Commission.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Requests to gdpr@shopindev.com are answered within 30 days, free of charge.

When we work on your store we act as a data processor. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every client on request — ours or yours.
