Shopify Training and Consulting โ Run the Store In-House
Not a generic course. Sessions run on your own store, covering the work your team actually does, so day-to-day changes stop being agency tickets.
Why Shopindev?
Store management
Product and variant structure, collection logic, metafields, pages and menus, discounts and campaign setup.
Theme and content
What the theme editor can change, what needs code, how sections and blocks work, image preparation rules.
Orders and operations
Order flow, returns and cancellations, shipping rules, inventory, and how invoicing integrations behave.
Measurement
Reading GA4 and Shopify reports, what each metric means, and what to look at after a campaign.
Technical literacy
How to judge an app before installing it, how apps slow a store down, how to read an agency quote.
Recording and notes
Sessions are recorded and delivered with store-specific notes, so a new hire learns from the same source.

Frequently asked questions.
How long does it take?
It depends on the team's starting point and how complex the store is. A single store manager may need a short programme; a larger team usually splits the topics. We set the length after the initial review.
Remote or in person?
Both work. Remote sessions can be recorded, which helps when someone joins the team later.
Is there a fixed curriculum?
No. The topics are known but the order and depth follow your store โ there is no value in teaching a feature you do not use.
Do you teach Liquid development?
No. The goal is for your team to handle day-to-day work and to recognise where technical work begins. Teaching theme development is a different engagement.
How is it priced?
We quote after the scope and length are set. Team size, number of sessions and remote-versus-onsite are the variables. The first conversation is free.
